  • Do I need a referral?
In most cases no you don't need a referral. If however you are accessing physiotherapy on a team care arrangement then a referral from your GP would be necessary for you to claim a rebate from Medicare. If you are a veteran and are covered for physiotherapy for your condition then you would also need a referral from your treating doctor.
  • What should I wear ?
The main requirement is to wear closed in footwear as well as other clothing that is weather appropriate and you feel comfortable in. Remember this is a paddock situation and your clothes may get wet / dirty during the session. Long trousers can also be beneficial to protect from any other wildlife that may be living in the paddock. If it looks like there may be rain a rain jacket would be useful. Sessions are held outside, please use sun protection prior your session if needed.
  • Will there be horse riding involved?
No all sessions are done working with the horses on the ground.
  • Are you able to support NDIS participants?
Plan and self managed NDIS are able to be supported. Unfortunately I am not able to support agency managed clients.
  • How often do I need to come for appointments?
Frequency of appointments would be discussed in your first session - for some clients this may be fortnightly, others monthly and sometimes they are one off sessions - every clients needs are different and appointments are booked accordingly
